I still maintain my position on costs. A single out-of-warranty repair on that V12 could easily run $5,000-$10,000. Brake service, transmission fluid changes, suspension work - it all adds up quickly. Andrew, have you looked into extended warranty options or maintenance plans?

Good question about the warranty. I'm still exploring options with the dealer. They mentioned an extended service package which I'm evaluating. The car does come with some remaining factory warranty coverage, which is a nice buffer.

One thing that really appeals to me about this car is the relative rarity. The Vanquish was never produced in huge numbers, and 2017 examples are increasingly hard to find. That makes this a smart investment from a collector's perspective.

Don't overlook the resale value aspect. British sports cars, especially limited production runs near the end of their generation, tend to hold value well. You might actually come out ahead if you decide to sell in a few years.

The black/black combination would be my guess for a car like this. Are the wheels original? The standard Vanquish wheels are absolutely beautiful in their simplicity.

I'm going to push back on my earlier comment a bit after thinking about it more. The Vanquish actually has a better track record than some other Astons. The engineering is solid. Just don't ignore those service intervals - that's the key to keeping one of these running smoothly.
