I understand the concerns, but we have to be realistic. This is a way to keep factories open and people employed.

I still think it's a good idea, but we need to ensure these contracts don't come at the expense of civilian production.

I just hope we're having this conversation because we're finding a better way, not because we're accepting the status quo.

I think this is a necessary evil. The civilian market is just too unpredictable right now.
