I disagree that the P400 is unreliable. I've seen plenty of 2020 Range Rovers with the P400 running strong without major issues. It really depends on how it's been maintained. Yours sounds like it's been taken care of well, so I wouldn't worry about that criticism.

Thanks for all the feedback! To answer some questions: the mileage is around 42,000 miles, it's had only one owner (me), and it has the air suspension system. The infotainment system works perfectly. I haven't experienced any P400 issues like some have mentioned - this thing has been rock solid. I'm leaning toward pricing it competitively around the $65-68K range based on comparables. Does that seem fair?

Those miles are low for the year - that's definitely in your favor. The air suspension is a feature that appeals to buyers too. You should do well with this sale, especially if you emphasize the garage-kept status.

With those specifications, that Range Rover is absolutely stunning. Garage-kept with 42K miles? That's practically a new car. I think your pricing is spot-on. Original owner vehicles always command a premium, and rightfully so.

Fair point about the P400. I've just had personal experience with transmission hiccups, but it's not universal. 42K miles is excellent. Still think the pricing is a bit high though - I'd aim for mid-$60s to move it quickly.

One thing buyers need to know - even though maintenance records are great, they need to budget for future maintenance. That air suspension can be expensive if it fails out of warranty. Insurance and fuel for these are pricey too. Not trying to be negative, just realistic.

Have you thought about getting a pre-purchase inspection from an independent Land Rover specialist? That might give potential buyers extra confidence, especially given the price point. Could be worth the investment.
