The maintenance cost question is critical here. EV batteries degrade over time and replacement becomes necessary. How does the subsidy account for these future liabilities? Companies need total cost of ownership projections, not just charger discounts.

This is excellent for sustainability but I have concerns about maintenance costs down the line. Battery pack replacements and specialist repairs aren't cheap. The initial charger installation is only part of the total cost equation here.
