I've had my 2021 XC60 for a year now, and I've had no issues with reliability or maintenance costs. It's been a great SUV so far.

I've heard good things about the XC60's reliability. That's a big plus in my book.

I haven't found the ride to be too firm. It's comfortable enough for daily driving.

I've heard the XC60's styling is more polarizing in person. I might have to see one in person to make up my mind.

I think the XC60's styling is a bit too conservative for my taste. I prefer something with a bit more flair.
