I'm calling Hyundai customer service tomorrow about my Palisade. This needs immediate clarification. If there's even a possibility of seat failure, owners deserve to know right now.

The NHTSA database should have records of any complaints submitted about Palisade seats. That would be the definitive source to check what owners have reported.

Still skeptical about drawing conclusions. Seat mechanisms are well-understood automotive components. Fatal failures would be extraordinarily rare unless there was a major design flaw affecting all units. Let's see evidence first.

Remember that correlation doesn't equal causation. Just because someone warned Hyundai and then an accident happened doesn't automatically prove the warning was about the cause of that accident. We need actual mechanical evidence.
