I'm curious about battery options for RAD. Will they offer different energy densities or focus purely on powertrain tuning?

One thing people aren't talking about enough is how RAD could influence Rivian's stock price and investor confidence. This shows strategic vision and market positioning that Wall Street loves.

Finally! Rivian needed something like this. The standard R1T and R1S are good, but they lack that premium performance edge. RAD variants could actually make them competitive with Range Rover Performance models in the luxury EV space.

Performance variants always sound exciting until ownership costs kick in. Tires, brakes, suspension parts for a specialized performance line? Way more expensive than standard Rivian parts.

The fact that Rivian created an entirely separate division instead of just adding 'S' or 'RS' badges shows they're thinking long-term. RAD could expand beyond just R1T and R1S eventually.

Honestly, I'll believe it when I see real RAD vehicles on the road with actual performance numbers. Until then, it's just corporate buzzwords and press releases.
