Episode 133 was excellent. The automotive industry is so complex, and having someone break down the behind-the-scenes operations is invaluable. Papst deserves more recognition for his work.

Kevin makes a fair point about verification, but I think Papst does a better job than most at distinguishing between confirmed facts and areas where more investigation is needed. That's responsible journalism.

The way Chris Papst approaches sensitive topics with nuance is refreshing. He doesn't oversimplify, which is something mainstream automotive media struggles with constantly.

The maintenance cost angle really deserves its own dedicated episode, honestly. Consumers are being hit hard by repair bills that could be prevented with better design practices. Papst touched on it but there's so much more to explore.

Does anyone else think Papst could have gone deeper into the regulatory side of things? The episode touched on it but I felt like the connection between manufacturers and government oversight needed more exploration.

Has anyone checked out the source materials Papst references? Following those trails has been educational for me. It shows the depth of research behind these episodes.
