The fuel economy is really my sticking point. I ran the numbers and it's not as efficient as some competing models in this segment. Over a year of ownership, that adds up quickly.

The towing capacity is legitimate though. I've looked at the specs and it can genuinely handle serious loads. That's not something you can say about every vehicle in this category.
