I don't think this is as big a deal as everyone's making it out to be. Trailer controller issues are pretty rare in actual use, and most people probably won't even notice anything wrong. Ford is just being cautious here.

I still maintain this is overblown. My 2019 hasn't had any issues whatsoever. I'm not even bothering with the recall right now. Too much hassle for a non-issue.
