Comparing this to competitor SUVs in the same class, the exterior holds its own quite well. The design language is contemporary without being flashy. I think Subaru hit the mark here.

The exterior looks solid for the price point we're expecting. Nothing revolutionary, but it's a clean, professional design that should age well. Good job by Subaru's design team on this one.
