Battery costs are dropping every year anyway. Give it another 18 months and the cost of EV batteries will be at parity with traditional engines without needing any credits. The subsidy was temporary anyway.

Charging infrastructure is critical, but we're getting there. Tesla's network, EVgo, Electrify America - they're all expanding. The grid is getting ready even if people don't realize it.

Great post! The Mitsubishi L200 has always been underrated compared to the Ranger. At £36k, this could be a game-changer. I'm curious about the warranty and dealer network support in the UK though. Ford has such an established presence.

Has anyone heard if there will be different trim levels at launch? Would like to know about entry-level spec versus top-tier options. That could determine if I'm interested.
