I got charged $95 just for them to reprogram my door locks after replacing the battery. Like, seriously? The battery is $40 and the reprogramming should take five minutes max. That's a complete ripoff in my opinion.

The thing that really gets me is when they charge for 'inspection' of things that should be obvious. Like they inspect the brake pads and charge $30 for telling me the pads are worn. Just tell me during the regular service, don't make it a separate charge.
