The color and original trim details matter a lot here. Do we know what the factory color was? Original Mopar colors can really affect value and appeal. Some colors from 1970 are more desirable than others. Pictures would help determine if this is a solid example or just mediocre.

I keep coming back to the convertible factor. These are becoming rarer because so many were modified or converted to hardtops over the years. Original convertibles are worth a premium. If this one is a legitimate original convertible, that's a major selling point regardless of the 340 engine.

I'm with Kevin on this one. If it's restricted to parked mode, people are overreacting. Let adults make their own choices about their own cars.

I still think this is overblown. Modern cars already have tons of tech that could distract drivers. Infotainment systems, games, web browsers—but nobody freaks out about those.
