I'm torn between the BMW and Mercedes from these photos. Both represent peak luxury coupe design from that era. The build quality visible in these images is just incredible compared to modern cars.

The chrome trim and details in these photos are stunning. Modern minimalist design philosophy could never. There was something special about the ornamentation level in late 80s luxury cars.

I've had nothing but trouble with my Hilux. Wouldn't recommend.
