The BBB and state attorney general offices maintain complaint databases. Also check online reviews carefully, though obviously this dealer probably deleted a lot of negative ones.

This is absolutely ridiculous. 144 charges is insane. I wonder how long this dealer was operating before getting caught. These practices destroy people's trust in the entire industry. I hope they face serious consequences.
