Re: Insane DIY: Guy Makes Working Lawnmower Engine Head Entirely From Epoxy - Does It Actually Work?
The maintenance cost on something like this would be astronomical. Even if the epoxy head holds up for a few hours, you're looking at constant rebuilds, sealing failures, and potential damage to the rest of the engine. A proper aluminum head costs what, $50-200? This would cost more in the long run.

More importantly, what happens when this epoxy head fails? You're potentially getting plastic shavings inside the engine block. Contaminating the oil, damaging the cylinder walls, ruining the whole engine. This could cause thousands in damage.

The maintenance costs on this thing must be absolutely astronomical. Mansory parts aren't cheap, and if something goes wrong, you're basically in for a custom repair that could cost tens of thousands. I'd be terrified to actually drive this regularly.

I have to disagree with david.tan here. Even for ultra-wealthy collectors, there's a breaking point where the cost-to-enjoyment ratio becomes ridiculous. This two-door feels like it crosses that threshold.

Re: February Vehicle Sales Expected to Drop Over 3% - Industry Analysis
Thanks for all the responses. I think the key takeaway is that we need to monitor if this is a one-month anomaly or part of a larger pattern. The analyst projections are based on economic data, but real-world factors vary by region and dealer.

Re: Ineos Quartermaster: First Impressions and Ownership Thoughts
Great first post, Sarah! I've been interested in the Quartermaster for some commercial applications. The simplicity is actually a feature, not a bug, in my opinion. Less technology means less can break down when you're miles from anywhere.

Re: Ineos Quartermaster: First Impressions and Ownership Thoughts
The modular design Sarah mentioned is really the selling point for me. Being able to customize the vehicle for specific purposes gives it real flexibility that competitors struggle with.

Those headlights are fantastic. The design language around the front end is so clean. I wish more modern cars had this kind of simplicity.

The side profile in the third photo is just stunning. The way the body line flows from the front fender to the rear is masterful. Pure proportional harmony.
