I completely disagree with some of the optimism here. The 991.1 generation is getting older now, and you need to seriously consider what repairs might be on the horizon. Clutch replacement, suspension work - these aren't cheap on a Porsche. Make sure you have savings set aside.

The V-12 engine specs are mind-blowing. 800+ horsepower from a naturally aspirated or turbocharged V-12 is impressive, but I'm curious about the actual torque figures and power delivery characteristics. De Tomaso really seems to have nailed the balance between raw power and drivability.

Has anyone speculated on the transmission options? The P900's V-12 power delivery needs to be matched with an exceptional gearbox. I'm curious if De Tomaso will offer manual and automatic options or just one.

Maintenance costs are a concern for me when it comes to Stellantis vehicles.

I'm looking forward to the anniversary celebration, but I hope it won't be too expensive.
