The maintenance costs on a 2008 BMW can really add up quickly. I owned an E90 3 Series from around the same era and spent nearly $3,000 a year on maintenance and repairs. Tires, brakes, suspension work, and sensors all seem to fail around the same time on these. Budget accordingly if you buy it.
