The iDrive system update is phenomenal though. Way more intuitive than before and the customization options are endless. Really impressed with how they've integrated the tech without making it feel overwhelming.

The compact size is what keeps me interested in the M2 over the M4. You get serious performance but in a nimble package that's actually fun to throw around tight corners and parking situations.

The fuel economy on the new Pilot isn't impressive though. With gas prices still volatile, this might hurt its appeal to budget-conscious families. The Highlander does better here.

Has anyone compared the actual specs head-to-head? Safety ratings, towing capacity, ground clearance? The Pilot holds its own in those metrics at least.
