Has anyone actually verified this report independently? Where's the methodology? How many stations were tested? What were the specific margin of error standards? This sounds like one of those sensationalized automotive stories.

I call BS on this statistic. 96% seems way too high. I think this report is exaggerated to get clicks. Most major chains have quality control. Sure, maybe some sketchy independent stations might cut corners, but not the majority.
