144 charges though? That's a coordinated effort to defraud people. This wasn't accidental or a few mistakes. Someone needs to make an example out of this dealer.

But with 144 charges, this dealer was apparently very good at hiding things or aggressively suppressing information. Not all fraud is easy to catch even with inspections.
