@amelia76 - From what I understand, it includes odometer fraud, undisclosed title brands, and selling vehicles with known mechanical defects without proper disclosure. Classic schemes.

This is why I always take someone with me when I go car shopping. I've heard too many horror stories. The maintenance costs alone after buying a lemon can bankrupt you - not to mention repair bills that should have been disclosed upfront.
