I disagree with some of Sam's points about transparency. I think PR is inherently about controlling the narrative rather than being truly authentic. Companies still spin facts to make themselves look good, regardless of what the PR teams claim.

That said, I do respect Sam's honesty when he admitted that sometimes PR and truth are at odds. He didn't pretend it was always easy to align those things, which I appreciated more than his earlier points about authenticity.
