Great summary! Sam really knows his stuff. The part about social media crisis management was eye-opening. One poorly worded press release or a bad tweet can blow up instantly in today's world. I never realized how much PR teams have to monitor everything 24/7.

I'd love to see a follow-up episode where journalists get to respond to some of Sam's points. It would be interesting to hear from the other side of the PR-media relationship dynamic.
