The Chery KP31 is actually quite popular in Southeast Asia already. They've built a decent reputation there. If they bring that same quality to Australia, combined with competitive pricing, they could carve out a niche market pretty quickly.

I actually think the timing is perfect. The pickup market is booming, and consumers are more open to Chinese brands than ever before. Chery and the KP31 could arrive at exactly the right moment to capture market share effectively.
