I don't really understand why this is such a big deal. It's just a car from a movie. There are so many actually historically significant vehicles out there that deserve museum space more than a Hollywood prop.

Look, I get that it's culturally significant to some people, but I still think resources should prioritize actual racing Supras with real competition history. A movie car feels more like entertainment memorabilia than automotive history to me. Just my opinion though.

I think it's great to see more competition. The more options consumers have, the better. Innovation and better pricing usually follow when there's real competition. Chery bringing the KP31 here is a positive development overall.

I'm curious about the specifications too. Engine options, towing capacity, payload, interior features - all that matters. The Chery needs to be competitive not just on price but on actual performance metrics as well.
